The SEETEK Airport Management Solution processes the seasonal and daily flight schedules and imports and updates all flight, passenger and aircraft load information. Once the seasonal flight schedules have been built and consolidated, the Mayfly (list daily flight by calendar date) for the airport can be extracted. The data is updated in real-time as flights are taking place and distributed continuously to the SMART Systems that handle ramp management, departure control, display of flight information, etc. The flight database is also updated with any modifications and cancellations. Manage Manpower and Equipment Utilization

The SEETEK Airport Management Solution enables the Airport to plan the utilization of manpower and equipment on strategic, tactical and operational level as follows:

Manage Stand Utilization

The SEETEK Airport Management Solution can be used to plan and monitor the movement of aircraft on the ground utilizing an aerial graphical view of the stand. Automated stand planning is done by our expert system that uses sophisticated allocation algorithms and user-defined servicing rules. It also has the capability to perform ‘what-if’ that is extremely useful for strategic and tactical stand planning. In the operational mode actual operations are displayed real-time and operators are alerted to status changes and potential and actual conflicts. Provide Flight and General Information

The SEETEK Airport Management Solution displays accurate information on the status of flights, boarding times and gate/baggage belt assignments to passengers and the public on monitors and other display devices at the check-in desks, gates and baggage carousels and any other location where needed. It is a flexible state-of-the-art display solution that shows virtually any kind of content in any form, including text, audio, video, images, animations and movies. It also plays a key role airport safety and to keep airport staff, baggage handlers, ground handling agents, airlines or anyone else informed. Check-In Passengers and Baggage

The SEETEK Airport Management Solution uses up to date flight and passenger information to accurately check in passengers and baggage and prints baggage tags. It interfaces with the several external systems such as the Advanced Passenger Information System (APIS) of US Customs and Border Protection (CBP), United Nations Directories for Electronic Data Interchange (UN/EDIFACT) as well as the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) approved "No Fly" and "Selectee" lists. Distribute and Reconcile Baggage

The SEETEK Airport Management Solution is a fully automated baggage routing and reconciliation solution that continuously tracks baggage from flight check-in/transfer to departure. It matches each bag checked or in transit against boarded passengers and produces a baggage reconciliation manifest that shows any mismatch between passengers and luggage. It also provides baggage sorting systems with the bag identification data required for baggage sorting to minimize miss-sorts. It provides to baggage handlers real-time baggage movement information to identify potential problems and bottlenecks to take corrective actions as needed.
